House Of Applejay Distillery, a craft distillery specializing in fine spirits and liqueurs, is thrilled to announce its ribbon cutting event on April 24th, 2024. Located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains in East Ellijay, House Of Applejay invites guests to celebrate the culmination of their vision and hard work.

The ribbon cutting event will start at 4:30 PM and feature a variety of activities for all to enjoy. Visitors can take part in guided tours of the distillery, immersing themselves in the history and art of distillation, while also learning about the unique process behind House Of Applejay’s small-batch vodka and liqueurs.

Throughout the afternoon, guests can participate in tasting experiences, sampling House Of Applejay’s signature products, including Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, Mt. Grassy Knob Vodka, Mt. Wildcat Juniper Liqueur, Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur, and The Applejay apple liqueur. Each high-proof bottle is named after a real mountain in the Southern Appalachians, reflecting the distillery’s deep connection to the region.

Additionally, the unique bottles of House Of Applejay are designed to be reused i.e. as water bottles, reflecting the distillery’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
